In the days when the reputation of mail order was terribly slow and usually selling inferior products, we pioneered “express mail order” and set the standard in speed of order fulfilment, reliability and friendly service at the nation’s lowest prices.  This was possible because of a more efficient business model with centralised distribution points in Sydney and Melbourne allowing us to carry more stock than any superstore.

The IT industry is well known for change. Therefore, after the turmoil following Y2K we were able to acquire International Software Warehouse (ISWH) in 2001 and eStore in 2003 substantially strengthening the business. It was at this time we added hardware and consumable products to our software range, which at this time was considered the best in the business.

City Software Business Solutions was formed in 1999 with the specific aim to be the best of breed implementation specialist. We are now one of the largest SAP Business One providers in Australia.
